Jammu based reserved category employees observed ‘Silent protest’ in Jammu

The Jammu based reserved category employees agitation entered 145th day on Monday, who has been observing protest in Jammu after the target killings started in Kashmir, when one of their employee namely Rajni Bala who was working as a teacher there killed by a terrorist in the month of May this year.

Several protests today observed a silent protest at Ambedkar Chowk in Jammu in favour of their demands.

“We are living here without money when whole India is celebrating Diwali. Our plight is worse and today we will not talk rather we are going to stage a silent agitation here against the government”, one of the protestors said after wishing Diwali.

Since then the terror killings in the union territory have triggered massive protests by  Jammu based reserved category employees and migrant Kashmiri Pandit employees , who have been agitating for their relocation to somewhere else from the Kashmir valley.
